W ith the emergence of creating Ivy Presents, her first shows were U2 at the Tacoma Dome. Auspicious beginnings some might say, but, Bauer didn't get the shows by coincidence. She had worked with U2 before when they were much less than a stadium act. " I did a lot for U2 in the 80's introducing them to the Northwest, calling radio stations on airplay, record stores for product visibility and music critic's for press ."
